Edwin Perez joins the company as President and Jr. Partner. PRS acquires Borden Foods.

PRS acquires D’Jesco brands which include Country Crock, Lean Cuisine & Stouffer’s.

PRS acquires the distribution of Ponce Candy brands such as Charms, Fiesta & Arcor.

Edwin Perez acquires the total shares of PRS evolving into Puerto Rico Supplies Group, Inc.

 

F. Pont Flores and Caribbean Snacks brands are bought.

PRSG takes over the distribution of Ferrero in supermarkets, pharmacies and stores.

 

PRSG acquires the distribution of Alberto Culver beauty products.
